After almost two weeks of practicing yoga with Suzy Cooper, I’ve noticed all the differences. Suzy teaches with a balance between strength, sweat, and spirituality. While taking an online class during this time, practicing yoga has helped me stay focused and relaxed during exams. I am a runner year round and I haven’t spent the time to properly counter the stress running causes the body. Suzy Cooper yoga has allowed me to discover limits my body did not know it had all while working muscles that daily life and gym exercises do not. I have been able to connect to my own level of spirituality and setting intentions during practice has helped me to achieve them by actually working for it.
